Exchange and Refund Policy

At HardHelmetPro, we are committed to providing our customers with high quality tactical helmets. That said, we do understand that in some cases you may need to cancel your order, request an exchange, return or refund. Our return, exchange, and refund policies are designed to provide you with comprehensive guidance to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and seamless. Please review the details of each situation below:

Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@hardhelmetpro.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to the return or exchange process listed below.

Exchange Process:

If you have received a defective or incorrect product and would like to exchange it, please notify us via email at support@hardhelmetpro.com within 30 days of receiving the product.

Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and supporting evidence such as photos or videos.

After confirming that the product issue is accurate, we will provide you with a return address and send a replacement product.

Please note that the replacement product must be an unused original product with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact our customer support team at support@hardhelmetpro.com within 30 days of receipt.

Please clearly state your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting evidence (e.g. photos or videos).

After confirming that the product is undamaged and there are no other issues, we will provide you with a return address.

You will need to send the item back to the specified address. Upon receipt of the item, we will check the condition of the item and confirm that it is correct before processing the refund.

Please ensure that the returned item is in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories.

Unless the return is due to our mistake (such as product quality, damage during shipping, or sending the wrong model number), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Process:

Upon receipt of a returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria.

Upon successful inspection, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to be reflected in your account.

Please note that helmets and night vision devices over $300 are customized products and we do not offer returns on customized products.
